| Next week President Lionel Ruhman is attending the International Conference in Chicago. As such, he was giving Vice President Jon Kemp some pointers on conducting a successful meeting. High on the list of pointers was to make sure to start and to end the meeting five minutes late. Lionel explained that he has maintained this record for his entire Rotary year. |

We will miss Past President Dick Rice President Lionel (left) gave a presentation to Dick for his over 34 years of extraordinary service to our Club. Dick is moving away to Palm Desert with his wife Ruth. Dick we will miss the leadership and the friendship that you gave us all! |

| Sally Pai was our guest of honor craft talker on May 20th 2005. We also gave tribute to several of our members and families who became Paul Harris fellows. | |

One Tough Cookie! Sally is congratulated for her craft talk by long time member Joe Gonzales. Sally was born in Taiwan and as a
small girl moved with her dad to Japan. Sally who is fluent in 3 languages
spent time in China as an interpreter. She also has traveled the globe
serving in 7 cities as an investment banker and a bond trader. She
currently is a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. In the business
world she describes herself as "One Tough Cookie". |
