Group Study Exchange

2004/2005

This years chair David Bohn

The GSE Team Leader interviews were held on Saturday 10/30/04. Our member Jillian Alexander had a great meeting with GSE Committee Chair Helene Pizzini, District Governor Pat Cashin, District Governor Elect Ingo Werk and GSE Committee Member Pete Pettler. The 2004 GSE Team Leader Susan Sanchez was also there. Jillian informs us that the meeting went well.

We are happy to announce that on  Sunday afternoon Helene called to inform Jillian that she had been selected as Rotary District 5280's 2005 GSE Team Leader. Jillian feels deeply honored. It is Jillian's intention to make this fun for all involved as well as make our District members proud.

Congratulations Jillian!

Do you have an extra bed?  The incoming Group Study Exchange team from Germany will be hosted by our club for one week, from May 7, 2005 through May 15, 2005.  Could you host one of these team members in the evenings that week after their day’s activities?  Please contact David Bohn for more information.
