November 17th was our Joint Rotary Meeting with the Westwood Village Rotary Club celebrating the USC/UCLA Rivalry! We had many wonderful guests, celebrated sports, and also gave away money to charities!
Cheerleaders from both sides had fun revving up the crowd...though those USC girls look a little older than we remember them being! Funny, we couldn't find Chuck Husting, Greg Hargrave, Bill Powell, Paul Leoni, Dick Lawrence and Tom Loo when these girls came out to dance!
Speaker and former USC football great, John Jackson, is now a broadcaster for ESPN Radio!
Tom Barron is the president of the Westwood Village Club, and he introduced speaker and former UCLA football defensive star Bruce Davis. He and Rick Moselle were delighted to give Bruce a warm UCLA welcome!
President Tom Larmore thanked Bob Klein, Rotary member, and speaker, for helping to set up this event and for speaking! Bob is a former All-American tight end for USC and former All-Pro for the Los Angeles Rams and the then San Diego Chargers!

Thank you to our amazing decorating committee, Diane Margolin, Donna Byrd, and Susan Gabriel Potter, who made the room look fabulous!!

None of this USC-UCLA drivel for Billy Howard, Jr. and Roger Davis, our Mississippi men. They know what the REAL BIG GAME is all about!

We love having guests!
It was great having the Westwood Village Rotary members with us, including Bill Goodwyn and John O'Keefe!
Assistant District Governor Karen Greenberg visited with us. She heard a rumor about the USC-UCLA meeting and was not disappointed!

Charitable Giving!!
Past President David Bohn presented a check to the Westside Ballet, represented by Richard Tahvildaran-Jesswein and Caprice Walker!

All in all, it was an incredibly fun day!! Thanks to all who made it possible!
