The elegant Bel Air Bay Club was the site of our 85th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, February 3rd, 2007. Master of Ceremonies dinner chair Paul Gaulke delivered a delightful evening of great fellowship, fantastic food and "Dancing til midnight". Following an invocation by Msgr. Lloyd Torgerson, President Jim presented a brief history of the Club and Jack Michel provided an update on The Rotary Club of Santa Monica Foundation accomplishments. That was the extent of the formalities for the evening. Jeff Ames took the lead from there with Off The Record Entertainment until late in the night.
