District Breakfast October 18, 2005 - The highlight of the program was the presentation of a check by District Governor Ingo Werk to his counterpart in Louisiana.  His goal for Hurricane Katrina was $100,000; the check presented was $201,988.  The monies will be distributed by Rotarians in Louisiana.  The Rotary Club of Santa Monica and President Paul Leoni played a leadership role by raising and donating $20,100.

District Breakfast Jan 11, 2005 - Our District speaker was Victor L. Walch. Victor is a distinguished attorney, speaker, church leader, and tireless community servant. His talk was titled "I, Rotarian."

Santa Monica Sets New Record!

10/12/2004: The District Breakfast at the Los Angeles Marriott Hotel.

The featured speaker for Pat Cashin was Pat Boone.  One good "Pat" desires another.  A new record was set for the Rotary Club of Santa Monica.  Eighteen Rotarians from our club (plus three guests) supported President Lionel Ruhman at the District Breakfast.  Do you want a great District Breakfast Turnout?  Make sure your President sleeps-in.

 The featured speaker was a Penn State Football Star Rosey Grier.
